With 9 bedrooms spread across three floors, the property offers ample space and comfort just 9 km from the sandy beaches of Egmond aan Zee and close to the peaceful countryside of North Holland. The house is well-equipped with everything needed for a memorable group stay. The kitchen includes modern appliances such as an espresso machine, blender, food processor, and dishwasher. Multiple seating areas, a recreation room, and fun extras like a table tennis table, foosball, and billiards ensure entertainment for all ages. Enjoy meals in the spacious dining room or on the outdoor terrace with a barbecue. The property also features sun loungers, a trampoline, bicycle storage, and a large garden, perfect for kids and pets. Nearby, visit the charming coastal village of Egmond aan Zee with its iconic lighthouse and scenic dunes. Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 950,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted

    Tolles großes Haus mit perfekter Ausstattung, auch für 20 Leute. Riesiger Garten mit Trampolin und Tischtennis. Drinnen Billard, Kicker und Flipper. Sehr nette Vermieter. Alles perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
