「Das Hotel hat eine zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage innerhalb der Altstadt. Das geschichtsträchtige, stattliche Gebäude bietet geräumige, sehr saubere Zimmer. Die Bäder sind schon etwas älter, aber fast makellos sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten empfand ich als sehr bequem. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der herzliche Service, sehr persönlich und überaus aufmerksam. So etwas findet man in größeren Hotels quasi nie. Das inkludierte Frühstücksbuffet war von hoher Qualität und von ausreichendem Umfang....

「This hotel made our time in Germany absolutely amazing. The staff was just so stellar from day 1 to the day 6. We loved the personal touches from everyone. Breakfast every morning was just so nicely done and the atmosphere with the large windows really made getting the day started such a pleasure. Nearby Ansbach has a great little downtown area when you walk across the bridge out of the back entrance from the Bruckencenter (mall). It is just the perfect location to access the bigger cities...
