Preisleistung waren in Ordnung. Die Zimmer auf den Bildern sahen etwas heller und schöner aus. Sauber war es größtenteils. Der dunkle rote Teppich Boden war alles andere als ansprechend. Für eine Nacht aber völlig in Ordnung. Das Bett war gemütlich.

Das Zimmer war schmutzig, mit Exkrementen von vorherigen Gästen unter dem Toilettensitz, Kalkablagerungen, Schimmel in der Dusche und am Duschkopf, Teilen der Duschkabine, die nicht befestigt waren, sowie schmutzigen Mülleimern. Beim Check-in (das Hotel ist abends nicht besetzt) behauptete der Automat, unsere Reservierung könne nicht gefunden werden. Anrufe bei den beiden angegebenen Hotlines blieben unbeantwortet – allerdings startete der Check-in-Automat später neu, und wir konnten schließlich einchecken. Es gibt keine Parkplätze am Hotel; stattdessen soll man laut Anleitung die Tiefgarage eines Supermarkts ein paar Straßen weiter benutzen.
Check-in Automat funktioniert nicht.

The room was ready by 12 noon even though check-in was from 3 pm. They have an automated system, but someone was always reachable by phone. Room had the basic amenities and it was clean. Heating worked well. No room cleaning services.

Selve hotelværelset var lille og badet også, men ok. Hvis man bare vil overnatte er det fint og prisen god! Der er stort set ingen personaler eller reception- det foregår med automater. Vi var heldige at der lige var en der arbejdede der der var på vej ud så vi fik et kort til et rum med bagageoobevaring. Da vi formiddagen efter tænkte at vi ville overnatte en nat mere skulle vi faktisk forlade hotellet da vi ikke vidste om vi kunne det. Så afsted med bagagen og så fandt vi et hotel med en i receptionen.

Check in was after hours and went smoothly. The room was clean and spacious. Since there was no parking available at the hotel we had to drop off our luggage and then park the car in a Parking Garage and then walked 17 minutes back to the Hotel. The next day we had to do the same for our check out. Besides the Parking Issue we had a pleasant stay at the Hotel.

Zimmer var sauber und ordentlich alles var gut .Zusätzlich zum glück kann mann für 10€ Einwohner parkplatz mieten für 2 Tag. Einziger nachteile bei 30 Grad Temperaturen draußen var in Zimmer ziemlich warm. Eine Klimaanlage wäre nicht schaden.

Der Teppich muss dringend gereinigt werden. Die Ecken und Leisten sind verschmutzt. Der Behälter der Toilettenbürste war sehr verschmutzt. Die Bodenleisten im Bad Weisen Mängel auf. Die Fugen in der Dusche sind leicht verschimmelt. Die Kopfkissen sind verklumpt. Der Preis ist okay. Ich beziehe mich auf das Zimmer 13.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Hatte ein Einzelzimmer. Das Bett gemütlich, aber für große Leute etwas klein. Ansonsten gute Ausstattung. Im Hochsommer würde ich es wohl nicht buchen, da es nur einen Ventilator gibt und das einzige Fenster (Erdgeschoss) direkt zur Straße zeigt

I only rated the “staff/service” question with 3 stars because I never encountered any staff — I never saw anyone, actually. One checks in at a simple kiosk inside the door where an electronic key card is issued, and although there is a reception desk I never needed to speak to anyone. This seemed impersonal and strange, but honestly, it meant easy in/easy out, and otherwise the hotel was just fine. Clean, comfortable, easy to get to from the train station while dragging a carryon bag, and a short walk to the old town. Good shower, simple amenities, but all-in-all a very good value.
