I stayed here again after a wonderful experience last year and it was nice and the staff was kind as always. My only issue this time around was the noise with the construction happening on the property making it next to unbearable to take a nap after walking around the city. But getting a different room was so easy as the girl in the front made the process seamless and easy and she was understanding when I explained this to her, I really appreciated that especially with so many people coming left and right she was very intentional in her interaction with me and just demonstrated exceptional customer service. The only negative experience I had staff-wise was a member of the housekeeping staff who kept knocking at our door for us to get out of the room and he kept coming back until I found a way to tell him that we had a late check out, the misunderstanding and him coming back and forth was I guess due to the language barrier as he said he was from Afghanistan and spoke no English or French. Normally I would look past that but he was just extremely rude even after I explained everything to him. I don’t know how they manage these things but I hope there’s a system in place letting staff know who has late check out and ensuring they can communicate with clients because it was a let down after such a great overall experience. Nonetheless I appreciate the staff here for being so welcoming and ensuring our stay was comfortable!

The hotel is so central to walk to everywhere. Just 500m from Grand Place. The roof top bar is a must for views, lovely drinks and a great meal. All the staff were so attentive and gave good service. Will always stay here if visiting Brussels again

I really, don’t like giving bad reviews but please make sure, when you book a room. It’s not facing towards the street. I could not sleep thru the night due to banging music, that played all night. This was after leaving Paris on day, of protest and moving thru, all we needed was a good night rest. Room was not cleaned and was special need room and was not disclosed to us, which was not a big deal but still it should have been discussed. Next morning, we were moved per request and was gov
