1.3 acre lot - volleyball, horseshoes, corn hole, propane fire pit, hammock, BBQ, gate to national forest for walks or ATV's

2254 sq ft, 5 rooms + loft - darts, foosball, basketball hoop, games, puzzles, movies

Main floor: 4 twin bunks, queen, bathroom, kitchen

Loft: king, small pullout, bathroom

Walkout basement: 2 queen, twin with trundle, bathroom, TV & sitting area

*small showers in loft & basement, tub/shower combo on main floor

We back to national forest & our back gate gets you out to use ATV's.

You'll have central AC/heat which makes a difference!

Loved that there was a firepit and volleyball court, horseshoes and cornhole. There was also a chest full of sports equipment to play outside. Plus darts, foosball and a small basketball game inside. We had a good time over all but a few things weren't great. We had a mouse situation that was pretty gross in the kitchen but the rest of the house was very clean. Also all the rules and comments about the neighbors after you book this place was intimidating (dont drive over 5 or be loud or they will call the cops or block you in/out, they also watch our property and will tell us if you have more than 15 people, creepy). Whoever sleeps in the loft, watch your head and just know you wont be sleeping. Several of us hit our heads on the low ceiling (including over the toilet) and you can hear everything all night long and morning since its wide open and no privacy, including the mouse. The mouse got into our food and the owner gave us 20 to repurchase and I appreciated that. But she stated she was aware of the mouse problem and didnt tell us before we showed up. She said she would send in her cleaners to clean everything and promised to let her next guest know about the mouse but I suggest you clean everything before you use it, there was poop on most of the dishes. Hopefully they can take care of the mouse problem because other than that it was pretty great

Plenty of Room

Perfect get away to relax and enjoy the outside. Our family and friends had a blast playing volleyball and enjoying all the space inside. Perfect set up for family friends vacation.

Perfect Hunting Base Camp

This place was perfect for us. Lots of TVs, and great pool table and foosball table. Access was optimal for hunting units 4B, 3A and 3C. Host was very responsive and helpful when we wanted to extend our stay.

Wonderful Family Christmas

From the very beginning, Juli was an incredible host!! I had many questions and Juli went above and beyond to answer them for me! The cabin itself was perfect for our group of 10 and everything was as pictured! We enjoyed the tri-level space which gave us room to spread out and the large living area where we could all cook and gather. The area itself was close enough to town but far enough away that we didn’t see any other people while at the cabin and exploring the area. Thank you so much Juli for your hospitality!! We’d love to stay at the cabin again in the future!!

Family reunion

We had a great experience staying at your house. The water tank issue was quickly resolved( ran out of water the last night of our stay, but you have to take into consideration there were several kids taking showers and letting the water run longer than they needed ) . We all really enjoyed our selves other wise. All the amenities were great. We especially enjoyed setting around the fire pit in the evenings. I would readily stay there again.

A lot to do at this home! Kept our big group very entertained!! They had everything you could possibly need for a long weekend. A little too close to the highway. Unfortunately, you could hear a lot of traffic.. not as peaceful as I was hoping. Owner was VERY responsive if we had any questions.

Nice place for mom and the rest of the family

We loved the property because it was perfect for my mom who doesn’t do stairs well. With a bedroom on the main floor it was perfect for her. Nicely decorated with plenty of entertainment. Location is close to the turn off from highway and you get noise sitting on the porch out front but other than that it was perfect.
