The propert was very peaceful and clean. The home was clean and had a nice coffee bar. The candy bowl on the counter was a noce surprise. The host was very prompt to respond to our questions and needs. Would stay again!

Very cute property, loved the dog decor. Clean and organized, kitchen had good selection of items to cook breakfast. Coffee station was a nice touch. Fire pit was an added bonus. Would recommend to stay if you’re in the area.

This property was perfect for a trail riding vacation. The cottage is super clean, very well stocked and Jordan could not have been more amazing to work with. There were 4 in our group. Great space for cooking, dining, card playing and building memories. We loved having the fire pit. The candy dish and the coffee bar were great and made us feel very welcomed. We had a blast. We will definitely use this property again.

Very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. The location was perfect, quiet, yet close to everything. We enjoyed sitting out back with the beautiful wooded surroundings. Trego is a short ride away where we rented canoes and paddled down the Namekagon River. Highly recommend Amimal Kottage!

The Perfect Little House

We normally stay elsewhere when we visit Hayward, but after missing out on our usual spot we snagged this gem. Everything was PERFECT. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, and the most “homey” feel. One of our best VRBO experiences yet!

Visit at Animal Kottage

We loved our stay at Animal Kottage. The space was very clean and welcoming. We loved the coffee bar and sitting outside by the firepit. We appreciate that the owners are animal lovers!

Perfect for what we needed

We came to the area to ride sxs and this house was perfect. It was clean, had all the necessities, and great location. We would for sure book this same place again if we come back to the area.

Great Stay

We loved our stay in Sawyer County. The house was in a private setting - just outside of Hayward. Very clean and comfortable. We came up to go riding our ATVs. It worked out great to ride from the house every day.

Weekend away

This was the perfect place for our weekend in Hayward. Private, yet close enough to town for the wedding we had. Jordan was very responsive and helpful during our check in process. Definitely recommend.

In the area for a wedding

Overall, our stay was great! the property was clean, secluded. It offered a comfortable space where we could include our dog to relax and enjoy our stay and visit with family. We drove 11 hours from IN to Hayward WI. When we arrived, we couldn't locate the property because the driveway looks like it was part of "East ST" and could not view house from the road. The folks at the Kennel were super helpful and friendly. On day two our dog got loose while we were at the wedding event and the folks at the Kennel caught him, secured him safely, and Jordan notified us. We were looking forward to using the firepit, however the weather kept us inside. Only thing I would request to be improved upon would be more towels offered, (only 2 in the master bathroom) maybe extra blankets or throws for extra comfort on cool damp days, please offer laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. When I usually stay at a property, I have all sheets/towels and property cleaned before I leave. Or add to listing that those things are not provided, and I could have prepared better.

Sparkling clean, great location

We loved the privacy and quietness of the property. The yard was great for letting the dogs play and having fires or sitting on deck. Yet it was only a short, easy drive from Hayward. The house itself was very clean, well stocked and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee bar.

Nice Property

We enjoyed a nice stay over Labor Day weekend with family. The prperty was very clean and well maintained. It was located in a secluded location and very peaceful. Even though it was secluded it was only a few minutes drive to downtown Hayward. The only disappointment was even thogh they had wi-fi, we had no internet service during our entire stay. 😒 Owning my own business, having to use my cell phone for everything was a challenge and ate up a lot of minutes! The hosts were quick to respond to our questions about the internet and apologetic. The check in process was a bit "techie." The host sent a link to an app that had to be downloaded. You then had to create an account in order to use the app to be able to lock and unlock the door. Had it been only my elderly mother and older sister staying not so sure they would have figured out how to use!😁 This is minor, and just a suggestion to the host, a roll of paper towels would have been useful, also a full length mirror. Women like to see how they look from head to toe!

Wonderful stay at the Animal Kottage
