「I had a great stay here. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was accommodating and helpful throughout my visit. 「Staff was not very helpful. They just pushed you on to the next person who “might” be coming in later but then they didn’t. Most of the time there wasn’t even anyone at the desk. Phone was not connected in room and was told they were being worked on but then realized it was simply unplugged. And the pool water did not look clean, which was something that I really wanted to do. The hot tub was empty. TV was dark and I asked for help and a guy that came in just acted like there was nothing...

「The place is convenient off the interstate but not well kept. It is dirty. Towels were dirty, hair on the washcloth, shampoo bottle was half empty. Chair in the room was falling apart. Two stars is generous and only because I have not seen any bugs in the room. For almost 100 dollars per night you expect the place to be simple but clean. This was not the case.」

「Clean room , bathroom clean and air conditioning worked well」

「I paid for an upgraded room. The comforter was dirty with black marks on it. A group of guys stood outside my room most of the night drinking and being loud. They would crank up their truck that sounded like it had no muffler it was so loud. Would never stay here again 」
