The perfect location from which to explore West Cornwall

50 Trevithick Court is a beautifully refurbished holiday home located in a tucked away spot on the Tolroy Manor holiday park. Surrounded by trees, grassy areas and just a short walk from the on site facilities, 50 Trevithick Court offers the convenience of a holiday park in a great location for exploring all the surrounding area has to offer.

This lovely holiday home has a large open plan kitchen, living area and dining space, plus downstairs shower room, three bedrooms (two doubles, and a twin room), further family bathroom and space to sit outside. 50 Trevithick Court is bright and airy and with underfloor heating on the ground floor and is a fabulous destination for a getaway with family and friends at any time of year.

The perfect location from which to explore West Cornwall, Tolroy Manor is just a short drive from the beach and amenities of Hayle, and close by to the picturesque towns of St. Ives and Penzance.

Ground Floor:

Open plan kitchen/living/dining area.
Kitchen - Fitted to a high standard and good size with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine.
Living Area - A welcoming space with underfloor heating and electric central heating, a large, comfy corner sofa, coffee table and TV.
Dining Area - Leading from the living area, the dining table comfortably seats up to six guests.
Shower Room - Again with underfloor heating, walk in shower, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC.

First Floor:

Bedroom 1 - With a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and leafy views to the front of the property.
Bedroom 2 - This bedroom also has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinet.
Bedroom 3 - With two single beds, bedside cabinet and storage space.
Family Bathroom - Well fitted with a bath and hand held shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Outside - A patio with picnic bench and nearby off road parking in resort car park.

A Message from Toms
Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. From maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we're here to help! There is a 24 hour ‘out of hours' contact number for us too.

EV Charging
There are two EV charging stations located on the Tolroy Manor park. These are shared use and are accessible and charged through the Monta Charge app.

The Location
The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions.

The property has use of the site facilities which are open March-November and include:

Further afield
The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Hayle itself is around 1 mile away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.

At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.
For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay.

For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.

Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series.

Whether it is a relaxing laid back holiday or a more action packed holiday you are seeking Hayle Holidays at Tolroy Manor is the ideal place for your Cornish getaway.

Useful information
All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.

While it is unlikely during the summer season, the park at Tolroy Manor advises caution should be taken when there is a weather warning in place as the park is surrounded by trees and it is advisable to vacate the park during this period. In the unlikely event of an Amber weather warning or higher being issued for the period when you are due to stay, we are able to cancel your holiday with a full refund or move your reservation to a later date. If you choose to remain at the property this is your choice, and any risk you take is at your discretion.

Winter stay at Tolroy Manor (Late Oct - Late March):
Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
