"The Red Lion Inn is very well situated in Post Fall, ID, convenient to a full range of restaurants with short drives, and to access I 90 quickly. The staff were very friendly at the front desk. The facility adequately clean but with a very worn look and feel. The lobby and public areas felt cavernous and not very welcoming, the view of the river from first floor just barely enough to value (although better than parking lot!), indoor hot tub and pool unavailable, no coffee maker in the room, no breakfast offered, workout room clean and minimally equipped but functioning. Pet allowed (which is great) but not placed in a pet selected set of rooms separate from non-pet guests, so multiple dogs barking during two night stay. No chair on small patio outside room, one small table not well maintained only, which we had to repurpose into the room to have a side table to the chair in the room (not an outdoor useable chair.) So, yes, adequate, but not a repeat stay worthy location for the money. Thank you to the kind front dest staff upon check in."

"We booked through Expedia.for 2.nights. Our flight was cancelled so we contacted Expedia to tell the hotel but when we checked in the next day, they could not find our reservation. It took the clerk quite a while and a phone call to get us a room. Breakfast was ok, the orange juice was out, the pastries were old."
