A selection of 3 beautiful 2 bedroom cottages situated on 3 acres of stunning gardens. Located in a rural setting only moments from Victor Harbour, Middleton and Port Elliott.

Great little spot in hayborough. The villa had everything you needed. Clean and tidy. The aircon had a funky smell once on but worked a treat. Would definently recommend

no internet, lovely surrounds watching the birds everything in the house you could need, spa bath amazing not far from Pt Elliot of Victor Harbor could not fault it. Did not receive the pin number for the key lock but owner came back to me straight away marvellous service will go again. Thank you my kids loved it. We played games and walked and went up the bird hyde.

A great spot for us to get away for a few nights away from the hustle and bustle of town, whilst still only a few minutes from the beach and shops and everything else that you might need. The place is in a great quiet location surrounded by trees, perfect for sitting and watching the birds out the window. Everything was reasonably well stocked, the only thing we found ourselves without was some oil for evening we wanted to stay in and cook. Overall a great experience, thank you for having us!

Nice accommodation in a lovely setting of quiet bush. 5 mins by car to beach. Nice verandah and facilities. Could do with an optional blanket for each bed as the quilt was far too warm and the sheet not enough in Feb. Tissues and a good frying pan would be nice touches but generally happy and would stay again.

A beautiful, secluded facility with a beautiful backdrop. Clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. You feel like you're a thousand miles from civilisation, yet wonderful pubs, restaurants, wineries, shops, seaside towns and gorgeous coastline are literally minutes away.
