"Nice spot would be great for kids. Sand beach, concrete fishing dock, campfire, rec hall for rainy days, horseshoe pits, fenced pool, lots a room. Oh yeah, i saw a small boat ramp on the property too (good for a boat up to 16 ft maybe) . Might be a good spot to park a small trolling boat for a few ..."
