First few days in Morocca and still becoming accustomed to local ways. Check in seemed overly complicated, as we had pre-booked and pre-paid. Eventually got it sorted out ; it may just have been the manual entry of all forms into the system is not something we are used to.

Wonderful staff here. Some examples: the friendly person who cleaned my room and regularly went above and beyond; reception staff who were kind, patient, understanding and ready to help and an outside doorman who took the initiative to come over and help with something when he noticed an issue.

This hotel is stunning and tastefully done. The owners put a lot of thought into making a stay at the Euphoriad a very special experience. I had the ground floor suite which was comfortable and beautifully decorated (I think there may be some non suite rooms that are quite basic so ask). The common areas are equally beautiful. The hotel’s location was perfect, right in the Medina. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and charming - I was sad to leave them at the end of my stay. I highly recommend the Euphoriad.

The room itself was excellent and spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool and restaurant area.
The staff were pleasant friendly and extremely helpful.
The breakfast was very basic but tasty with croissants, bread, olives, preserves and an omelette being offered most mornings.
The attraction for staying at the white Palace was its spa features with an internal pool, unfortunately I found out the day before arrival that these Spa features were not in use. Only the external pool was in use, which was very cold and unable to swim in for long periods.
The lack of spa features led to spending more time away from the hotel than expected which was disappointing as it was meant to be a relaxing getaway.
However, I must say that if the spa features were in use I would go back to the hotel in a heartbeat.
