"Only one working elevator, which made being on the 4th floor aggravating. The pool was very dark, small and the waterfall was SO loud (nothing like the pictures). They also never seemed to have pool towels stocked. Our room didn’t have a working TV so we were downgraded rooms and had to move everything over to another floor. 😬🙄"

"Bertie’s on the Rooftop was a total disappointment. While the hotel itself was beautiful, elegant and classy, the dinner at Bertie’s deflated is. The hotel is full of character and the staff is friendly and professional. The turndown service was excellent. Then we made reservations for Bertie’s at 8:15pm. First, we never received linen napkins and our server advised that the kitchen had run out, even though those who were seated after us, were provided black ones, I think we saw white or beige ones initially. Then our server appeared to be the bartender and only helping out serving our table, we had reservations. The appetizers took an extremely long time to come out, it was not busy by any means. When they finally came out, they were lukewarm at best and not to the same standard that the food at The Magnolia Table had. I would recommend the hotel but not the rooftop restaurant."

"Host was very responsive! I didn't realize I was renting in a rundown apartment complex. "Condo in a gated community" had a different connotation for me. Place itself was clean and comfortable. Location was not what I expected"

"Personally, I love WHITE! It was a home away from home with everything available that we needed. The host & owner were very communicative during our stay. The home has a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere that we all enjoyed. Very spacious for the 6 of us, especially with a bathroom in every bedroom.Seeing Joanna Gaines’ books on the counter got ME excited because that was the reason for the visit to Waco and it made me wonder if the home was a Fixer Upper. It’s a clean home with all your needs and it’s gonna make you want to come back to Waco."
