Lower South Hill is a very special place - immediately you will feel at ease here. With its own driveway and gardens there’s plenty of private space for children to play and adults to relax.
Its South facing aspect means that when the sun is out, you can make the very most of it here – there are several patio areas to choose from and a purpose made fire circle to enjoy the garden well into the evening.
The house itself has been recently updated to create a modern country feel throughout. It has a light and airy ambience with plenty of space for everyone.
Our four spacious guest rooms are individually designed with your comfort in mind. With fresh fine linens and comfortable beds you’ll have a wonderful night’s sleep. There’s a large family bathroom and a newly designed wet room downstairs, perfect for washing away the salt and sand after a fun filled day on the beach.
You’ll be spoilt for choice with the living space. There’s an open plan living space in the entrance area of the house leading through to a large glass roofed kitchen with Pembrokeshire slate worktops, a NEFF induction hob and brand new double oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble drier.
From here you can walk through to the cosy dining room, where you’ll find the perfect place to chat with family and friends over good food - think logs on a Morso woodburning stove, soft lighting over our comfy table and benches (which will easily seat 8/10 guests) and sheepskins for your warmth and comfort.
French doors open into the large conservatory which overlooks the gardens. Here you will find a wonderful space to relax on our corner sofa staring at the stars after a busy day or enjoy a late breakfast or dine in the sunshine.
The conservatory leads onto a welcoming Pembrokeshire slate patio with walled gardens and a sun terrace and fire circle beyond, where in the warmer months you can enjoy long lunches and barbeques under the shade of the fig tree – blink and you’ll be in the Mediterranean.
There is also a large living room with another Morso log burning stove, large down filled sofas to relax into after a day on the coast and a large flat screen TV. This is a warm cosy room where all the family can gather – think board games by the roaring fire or catching up on your favourite tv.
