A cozy, homely and well-planned holiday home in Haverdal's popular cottage area. The plot is spacious, secluded and leafy with several beautiful patios. Here you have walking distance to the fine sandy beach and proximity to both shop, golf course and Halmstad's attractive summer town. From the entrance you have to the left toilet with shower. To the right are three bedrooms. One with two single beds and the other two with each a single bed. The kitchen is well equipped and has a small dining area. The living room has a dining table, several comfortable seating areas and a wood burning stove that can heat in cooler evenings. From the kitchen you have access to the spacious plot's back with lovely lawns, lush greenery and a sheltered patio. From the living room you come to a covered patio, with an awning as a complement. Here you have morning sun and can enjoy balmy barbecue evenings. At the patio there is a laundry room with washing machine and extra fridge / freezer. In the side building there is a heated room with the possibility of two extra beds. Haverdal's cottage areas are beautifully situated with forest areas, and close to a large lovely beach. To the north, nature is mixed with pastures for sheep, heather-clad rocky moors. Haverdal nature reserve also extends south along the shore to Lynga. There are several walking paths and a rich bird life. Halmstad is only a short drive away. Here is a large range of entertainment with i.a. The land of adventure, many restaurants, cafés and a large selection of shops, art and nature. For those interested in golf, there are a number of golf courses in the immediate area, the closest being Haverdal Golf Club. During weeks 26 to 32, the owner offers the electricity cost. This cottage is not rented to youth groups.
