"A really lovely gite in a lovely village, with a convenient garden attached with table, chairs and sun loungers in the afternoon shade. Gite conversion was fine, though some of the equipment was idiosyncratic, with microwave/grill but no oven. Only a two burner hob and unnecessary dishwasher (for 2 people?). 3 steak knives but no butter knives. The dining/living room cupboards were ancient and two of the doors fell off while we were there. "If a little piece of French countryside is what you are looking for then this is place is for you. We enjoyed our stay though did not utilize the property to its full potential. "A lovely house. The grounds are phenomenal with lovely views of the countryside. Plenty of room for people. Mahil was very helpful and approachable. Pool is glorious and huge. There was a heating issue with the pool but Mahil fixed it without haste. Slight issue is the shop is probably 20 minutes away. Also we paid extra for sheets and towels as didn’t have enough room in the car but there was only one towel each and no floor mat or tea towel. Otherwise very lovely property."

"The hotel was lovely we were given a newly refurbished room with a fantastic walk in shower. The owner and his wife could not have been more helpful. They were cheerful and chatty and very likeable. The hotel room was on a main road but was easily walkable into the city. "
