"The rooms were great. They were bigger than most European guesthouse rooms. The hotel is in a quiet area of town but still within walking distance to everything. The hotel restaurant was amazing. We ate dinner there twice. The staff was so nice and helpful. English is spoken if you don't know German."

Made me extra eggs when they were out when I asked very nice of them. Breakfast was very nice and well stocked. Nice room comfortable beds. Showers overall good. Water would go from hot to cold several times during a shower. Setting in the Alps and balcony view- beautiful!"

"Spontan gebucht und Glück gehabt so eine tolle Wohnung in einer hervorragenden Qualität gefunden zu haben. Wir (2 Erw./2 Kinder) haben uns super wohl gefühlt und konnten super gut abschalten. Zum Kaffee am morgen gab es den Anblick des Kolbensattels und der Berge ringsum von der Terrasse, ein super Start in den Tag. Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet, uns fehlte nichts. Die Terrasse gehörte zur Fewo samt Ausstattung, hier konnte man den Abend ausklingen lassen. Ab und zu waren auch Ziegen direkt neben dem Grundstück. Dazu die wunderschöne Gegend mit dem Plansee, Oberammergau und der Schleifmühlklamm um die Ecke. Der Ammergau ist so schön. Der Kontakt war auch unkompliziert und die Nachbarn sehr nett. Wir kommen wieder, das ist wohl sicher. Eindeutige Empfehlung von uns."

"Looking out of our porch was the Kofel mountain. Beautiful. The property was not far from center of town. Grocery store was just across the street as was the train station. It was very quiet all day and night. Oberammergau is still as beautiful as when I lived there in the 60’s and in the 80’s and 2003."
