"Die Hütte entsprach voll unseren Vorstellungen einer gemütlichen, einfachen Hütte in den Bergen. Zur Info: Es gibt kein TV, kein Radio und kein hauseigenes Internet. Die Landschaft ist atemberaubend und es gibt zahlreiche Wintersportmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Wünschenswert wäre vor Ort eine Information zur Müllentsorgung (Hytternovasjon) und möglicherweise neue Töpfe und Besteck. Insgesamt hatten wir eine großartige Weihnachtszeit in dieser Hütte."

"If you read various new travel guides you will find nothing good. But that doesn't do Hovden justice, because it was the starting point for many wonderful hikes for us. Our holiday home was excellent with a sauna, which helped us get our muscles functional again. Thanks to the very well equipped kitchen, we were able to cook for ourselves. "The staff was amazing. We had to leave very early in the morning and would not be able to enjoy the breakfast. They left a note on our door saying that they put a breakfast in the fridge at the reception desk which we found and enjoyed every bite. This was so thoughtful and totally made our stay so enjoyable. Thank you "

"First we couldn't find the office to checking in. It is at the other end of the town. We were asked if we brought our own bedsheets and towels after we checked in. Ended up we were charged 360nok on rental for one night stay and made our own beds. And you have to strip the the bedding and return them to the checking counter on the other end of the town to check out. "
