Didn’t realize I needed to put in for ground floor luckily Dit was able to fit us on ground so I didn’t have to do stairs or cancel. The only problem was there was no ice the machines didn’t work, no one could get ice. breakfast can’t consider that a could start for the morning.. Dot was the best . ❤️

I requested a non smoking room; when I got to the room it had a non smoking sign on the door, but it smelled like an ash tray. I will say that the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable.
