「The pictures of this place very deceiving got there was very disappointing the place was very ran down the room was so small the outside was very run down . The first day the breakfast was good the next day 7:30 no one was taking care of the food it was empty!! And the carpet in the room spelled and was wet. The first thing when I walked into the lobby though was this doesn’t look like the picture 😢😢we made the bed of what we had 😢😢」

「The entire experience was awesome from the friendly checkin staff to the beautiful aesthetic (the arrowhead lodge shines through) the clean and cozy room with NO hallway noise, the great bartender and the beautiful cafe/bar area. The best continental breakfast spread I have ever seen and the sweet gal tending to it. Will definitely stay here again!!」

「The staff were all very friendly. They made me feel welcome. The room was nice and very clean. However, the pool and hot tub area were very disappointing. There was black mold on the walls and ceilings. There were 55 gallon drums of chemicals outside the pool chemical room. There were spiders in the pool. The pool and hot tub space did not feel safe or inviting.」
