  • Summary:

    Relax and unwind at this peaceful retreat in the tiny locality of Hatchet Harbour. This lovingly renovated 2-bedroom home sits on the water's edge overlooking beautiful Goshens Arm, a stunning ocean inlet. The home offers a true outport NL experience and proximity to the amenities and tourism attractions offered by nearby Twillingate.



    The Space:

    You'll enter the home a the rear of property, and will enter through the bright and open kitchen/dining area. The kitchen/dining area opens up to a large comfy living area with TV (equipped with a streaming device). Also on the main level there are 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed, and a full bathroom. There is a large deck out back overlooking the water and access to a shared wharf with a firepit and chairs.



    It's important to note there is a security camera that overlooks the driveway and front door



    Guest Access:

    Guests are welcome to park on the right hand side of the driveway, where 2+ cars can fit. The driveway is shared with the neighbouring rental unit, so they will occupy the left side of the driveway. Guests can enter the property at the rear door and will be provided with a key code to enter.

The house was spotless and the scenery was nothing short of spectacular. The fire pit was amazing and a must use to enjoy the view. Amazing to say the least.

Lovely spot! Beautiful view of the ocean, which can be enjoyed frim the deck or right by the water. Great kitchen facilities. Very clean. Quite close to Twillingate as advertised. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely a beautiful spot to spend a few days as we celebrated my husband’s birthday. Quiet, peaceful and clean. Everything you could want is here. Highly recommend this place.

Très bel emplacement, très propre , cependant quand nous sommes arrivés il n’y avait pas d’électricité, la pompe à eau ne fonctionnait pas et aucun réseau cellulaire pour aviser. Il y avait des bougies mais aucune allumette, briquet ou allume-feu.Je recommande fortement cette place pour un endroit agréable et paisible

Perfect Little Spot for Us

We are two young senior couples who were looking for a waterfrontage base of operations as we explored the Twillingate area. We stayed 3 nights, the house was 14 minutes drive from the town and with the same distance drive from great trails.... but even the walks on the quiet road along the shore were lovely.

Quiet & Peaceful

Directions to the property were great as we had no service. Pre and Post message from our host was a welcomed suprise. The house was very cute and beautifully decorated. Would definitely go back!

Amazing!!

Great house, spacious and clean. Wonderful kitchen, spacious bathroom and very good beds. The location of the house is great with a beautiful view. We received a lot of support from Marie (property manager) in an unexpected situation. Many thanks for that.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need. Kitchen fully stocked, towels, etc. Very comfortable. We loved that we were close to trails and could walk to them. Loved the deck too. Appreciated the dishwasher and washer and dryer. Close to Twillingate.

Spacious and great character house

The house is very spacious with large living/dining area, bathroom. It is also decorated with a lot of antiques or old furnitures. It is located in a very quiet area 15 minutes drive from Twillingate. The host is very responsive in communication.
