De eindafrekening verliep niet zonder problemen: we hedden bij reservering gekozen om de eindschoonmaak zelf te doe maar toch stonden de kosten voor de schoonmaak op de eindafrekening."

"Das Haus war bei Ankunft leider nicht sauber, es gab viele Haare auf dem Boden und im Bad. Die Spüle war undicht, der Kühlschrank hat am Anfang getropft. Haus ist neu gestrichen, neuer Boden, zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Bad müsste renoviert werden. Haus hatte am Anfang einen muffigem Geruch. "

"We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in dit vakantiehuisje. De omgeving is prachtig, rustig en de buurtwas vriendelijk. Kopenhagen is makkelijk te bereiken op zo’n 45 minuten rijden. Het huisje wasschoon bij aankomst en de tuin was heerlijk, met veel privacy. De keuken was goed uitgerust en deapparatuur werkte prima.Er waren wel een paar minpuntjes. "This house was the perfect size for our group (10 people). Beautiful grounds and view of the sea from the living areas and master BR. Large kitchen worked well for cooking for a large group. Lovely winter walks on the beach. Easy walking distance to a bus stop which was a short ride to the train station. Excellent service provided by the host."

"Wonderful concept. The owners provide a well stocked snack bar and you can make as much tea and coffee as you want. Plates, glasses and cutlery are provided. There is a fabulous sitting area to chill out in. Our room, which was to the front of the house, was a little loud. Everything was spotless!"

OK country hotel needing a facelift

"Automated check-in system, which can be a bit impersonal for guests used to more traditional systems. However, the staff were great and very keen to help. For the price paid, I felt a little short-changed. The bedroom and bathroom really need an update although the bed was comfortable and I slept well. The evening meal buffet was basic but tasty and quite good value for around £23. Breakfast was also basic but adequate and included in the price. Internet speed was great. The location was quiet and in the countryside and suited my purposes well. The big plus was the staff! "
