"I was happy with my stay. The property is an old farm house that's been split into 3 different rentals, and I was in the smallest. It did not have a full kitchen, but I think that's reflected in the price. The setting is peaceful and pretty, and I saw a LOT of deer! I did reach out to the owner in advance to make sure I could bring my pet bird (we were having a new furnace installed and I didn't want her around the fumes), and she responded right away and was very friendly. "We stayed there over MSU graduation weekend. Since we only needed to relax and sleep there, this property really fit the bill. The owner is very responsive and friendly. There is a full eat in kitchen that is stocked with essentials. Linens and towels are clean, very soft and comfortable... It is well water, so bring bottled water. My husband liked the shower, but it did release the sulfuric smell... It is a really great value for your money. We were very pleased with our stay."

"When we first drove up we we were a little surprised by the condition of the outside of the house. The siding is dirty, the paint is peeling, and the bushes are overgrown. However the inside of the house was clean and well appointed. We had a throughly pleasant stay. The check-in and check-out process was effortless and communication with the host was perfect. "I stayed here during a recent work trip to Lansing. What an incredible property. The view when you park is lovely. Wonderful outdoor space if you’re traveling with friends. The inside is impeccably maintained and decorated. There is a lovely walkway by the river for morning or afternoon walks. Location makes it easy to access anywhere in the Lansing area and beyond. "This very nice place fit our needs just fine except that we were without a refrigerator for 20+ hours when we first arrived. Thanks for getting us in a substitute refrigerator into the front hall. The lock on the dirty front door is also not working reliably. The description on the Vrbo listing is rather confusing. Lovely location!"

"We traveled to Lansing to attend our daughter's white coat ceremony at MSU. We needed a place that would be close to the university and that could accommodate our family of adults. This checked all the boxes then some! I chose it because it provided opportunities to play and create memories with the pool table, darts, the hot tub. It was perfect. Brent was always quick to answer any questions and was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to visit Lansing."
