"We were staying for DPT Graduation at HPU. This home was so sweet and charming, also located in a quiet neighborhood. We even left some hanging clothes behind and they packed them up and shipped them to us. Would stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting High Point! "Our stay was fantastic! The house had everything that was advertised in the description about it! The rooms were great! The house accommodated my whole family and I like it said it would in the description. We were so very pleased at how nice and clean the house was! It really felt like a home away from home! "It's always a pleasure staying here! I do not have anything negative to say about this motel! One of the only affordable ones in High Point. Sobi, the owner, is kind and compassionate and is a genuine, respectable and upstanding woman of character! The front desk agents and housekeeper are always efficient and friendly. But don't come here thinking you can come here acting any kind of way! Rules are at the front desk and hard to miss unless you intentionally choose to ignore those. You won't have any problems unless you make them and they will kick you off the property for disturbances and violence! Overall I find it safe for the most part just be aware of creeps when you walk to the store! I recommend always."

"Very clean, nice, unique, comfortable house that feels like a home, not a cookie-cutter commercial VRBO rental. Beautiful neighborhood, and easy (1 mile) walk to Truist Point and associated restaurants. Kitchen is modern and well-stocked. Also - and I know this sounds petty but it often our first indication that a landlord is cheap - the toilet paper is really nice. Thanks for letting us stay in your home. We will be back!"
