"Started out alright with a very friendly front desk attendant, who was stretched a little thin (I got the sense he was the only person working), yet was competent, helpful, and nice. I could tell there were some recent upgrades (e.g. a new shower stall) and the bedsheets were good, but overall the room was pretty gross. It had a funny smell, stains on the carpet, rust on the metal bathroom shelves, some kind of black stain/splatter (I hope not mold) on the bathroom mirror frame, and dead bugs on the window sill & on the bathroom floor. The in-room furnace/AC was loud, only ran on full blast, and was potentially the source of the smell in the room. I slept quite poorly."

The mini fridge was a little bigger one and fit the items from our cooler we brought along. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My mom recently had surgery and stairs are difficult. They were able to give us a first floor room. "

They were able to help us when we accidentally made the reservation for the wrong night . They were able to work with Expedia to cancel the wrong reservation and rebooking it for the correct night without a problem."

"Was given a handicap room that I did not ask for. The bathroom had a very strong smell of urine and the electric window shades were very dirty and did no work. Called front desk and she gave us a different room. She was very apologetic. Other than that the rest of our stay was great."
