"The reception staff were so lovely - friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, tastefully furnished and the kitchen had every utensil you could ever want! The pool was fab too. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Palm Cove."

"The best part of Thala is the staff. It’s a little out of the way, a little hilly and hard to navigate but everything is forgiven by the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Brett took us on a long and comprehensive nature walk doing everything he could to show us the animals and plants and explaining everything. When we had a flat tire Brett and Sam worked until they figured out how to fix it. Neither would accept even a tip. The stay was wonderful "

"The apartment was adequate for our needs, clean, comfortable and with extras like washing machine and dryer, microwave/airfryer/convection plus hotplates. The pool area is lovely and access to everything was an easy walk plus right on the beach. We would definitely go back."
