"Everything was fine until I went to take a shower. The shower control bearings were out and would not turn on. I requested maintenance multiple times as we had an event to attend. The front desk said he would be right up, but never cane. We eventually had to leave without showering. Ran into maintenance on the floor. He said he knew nothing about the needed repair. We were disappointed."
