The Space:

Perched above the western shores of Lake Coeur d’Alene, this remarkable Harrison retreat offers panoramic lake views and a thoughtfully designed layout that invites you to slow down and savor every moment. With three expansive decks overlooking the water, the home delivers front-row seats to unforgettable sunsets and a peaceful lakefront setting that feels both private and indulgent.

The main level is designed for effortless living and gathering, featuring an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area that flows directly onto the upper deck, ideal for evening cocktails, alfresco dining, or simply watching the sun dip below the horizon. Tasteful décor and comfortable furnishings create a relaxed yet refined atmosphere, while large windows frame the lake from nearly every angle. The dining area is ideally positioned to enjoy the view alongside your meals, and the gas grill on the deck makes outdoor cooking a breeze.

Downstairs, both bedrooms offer quiet, comfortable retreats, providing separation from the main living spaces and an ideal setup for restful nights. The lower levels also lead you outdoors, where relaxation continues across multiple decks. Unwind in the outdoor hot tub on the lowest deck, then follow the steps down to the private 48-foot dock, complete with a swim ladder - perfect for swimming, boating, or spending long afternoons on the water.

Additional features include parking for one vehicle inside the garage and parking for three vehicles off of the main road in front of the garage. The layout is designed to comfortably accommodate up to seven guests. Whether you’re soaking in the hot tub, lounging on the deck, or heading down to the dock for a swim, this home offers countless ways to enjoy lake life at your own pace.



What’s nearby:

This incredible home is right between (a half-hour drive) Harrison to the south and Coeur d'Alene to the north. If you're a boat owner, well, you've come to the right place! This means plenty of fishing (with a chance for northern pike, crappie, channel catfish and bullhead), water skiing, swimming, and kayaking. There are also 87 parks and 47 hiking trails. Intrepid cyclists can tackle the 72-mile paved 'Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes' bike path. For great shopping, dining, and a fun night out, make the trip up to Coeur d'Alene where you'll find over 100 merchants in a 6-block area!



Please note: There is a long and steep staircase down to the lake and dock area, which offers a mid point rest area.



Guest Access:

Easy and stress-free arrival instructions will be provided 24 hours in advance, including simple keyless entry instructions for the front door.

This neighborhood is well suited for guests who value scenery, solitude, and a tranquil environment focused on rest and reflection.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is required for this elevated location near Harrison. The setting offers sweeping views and privacy, though it comes with limited walkable access to services. Guests typically drive to Harrison Marina for boating and dining, plus nearby towns for groceries and supplies. Roads are paved and scenic, with winding stretches that can add travel time and may require extra care in winter conditions. Many guests plan errands in a single trip, then spend the rest of their stay enjoying the views and lake time. Boat travel becomes a highlight in summer once you reach marina or launch access points. Parking is straightforward at the home.



Other Things to Note:

Thank you for being respectful of our neighbors and observing quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. During this time, we ask that the hot tub not be used as well.

Please also use only our home’s designated dock and beach area, which is located to the left of the stair landing.

For safety and property protection, beach fires are not permitted anywhere on the property.
