"Parking is good. Not happy with the room. Hair dryer not working. No bath soap, shampoo and lotion. No supply ready for guest to use. The room should be all equip for the next guest."

"We were housed in the older section of the hotel, but I did not mind. The room was clean, had comfortable beds, and there was very little noise from other occupied Rooms. The highlight of this hotel, for me, was all the pools!! One hot tub (indoor), one indoor adults-only pool, three outdoor pools...one of which was adults only and heated to 98° The only unpleasant incident was a person working the late shift at the reception desk: He either made an assumption about my adult daughter and I, or he resented that I booked through Expedia. Whichever it was, it caused him to be barely civil to us. The rest of the staff were kind, helpful, and friendly."

"Clean enough ( one window still dusty but that kinda thing it's huge to if the rest is clean) and very comfortable bed good price and great location. Our room had cracked miss matched tiles on the bathroom floor and oddly patched up door trim would have been easier to just replace the one board and look better. We felt safe and great restaurant down the stairs ( Base Camp) get a discount with you room key. Ice cream next door for dessert is great too. We could the lake and mountain from the window if you looked at an angle wich was very nice too."

"I really would not stay anywhere else when I visit Harrison again. Actually, I would even recommend this location if you are visiting Agassiz or Sasquatch National Park. The Lily Pad was a perfect size for two people. It is fully stocked kitchen-wise. My son loved the view of the creek with ducks and geese and the awesome tree swing. We saw nearby guests enjoying the hot tub (we did not have time but we saw there were robes and beach towels provided). The grounds are such that you have privacy even if you are sitting on your porch. We will be back for sure. "

"This is a beautiful location. We stayed in one of the Suites and while i give a 5/5 for cleanliness and the overall grounds I have to say I was disappointed by a few things. We were on a bottom floor suite with people above us who lef their dog in the room early in the morning and it howled and howled waking us up. While this isn't a hotel issue i did text asking if the owners could be contacted to come back and get their dog. At the same time I asked if it was possible to get some extra towels. The response was a thumbs up. Thats it. Towels showed up like 7-8 hours later and unsure how long the dog howled for as we got up and went into town for coffee. Anyway, the property itself is absolutely stunning and we would give it a 2nd stay just based on that but it was disappointing that our 2 small issues could'nt be resolved quickly. "

"It was a great location right by the lakeside that felt private without being isolated. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very fast to respond. When I had to reschedule, they were very flexible and understanding. We really enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, real wood fire place, hot tub and sauna. The pool was drained when we were there in early April likely as it was still chilly out but we made use of the other amenities that it wasn't an issue. The space felt spacious for our group of 11. Note that by being close to the lake/ nature there are extra critters in the house but the hosts were helpful and responsive about managing them. "
