"A beautiful quiet setting on the lake. The lodge is gorgeous with wooden beams and wooden structure throughout. Kitchen is well equipped, water pressure is good and water gets super hot. Hosts are quick to respond to questions and very helpful. We didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors much because the temperature was below zero for our entire stay! The beautiful snow covered lake was spectacular scenery out the big windows. We enjoyed our stay very much! "

"For the last 3 years, we have chosen a different Michigan home, with an indoor pool, to escape to for a long weekend with friends. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and we had plenty of room. The kids were especially happy to swim in a pool whenever they wanted to swim! The hostess was extremely responsive, accommodating and professional. The property itself was pristine. I have stayed in several rental homes, and this was one of the cleanest properties. I imagine in the summer, this is an amazing place to stay with lakefront/beach access. I would recommend to anyone traveling with a group. "

"Our stay at the Trails Lodge Retreat was everything we needed. The place is so unique and extremely comfortable for a group of 7. We all had a nice place to sleep wire comfortable beds and lots of room. They really thoughts of everything when it came to extra amenities and it was all well organized. We loved playing the many board games provided in front of the fire. It was the perfect little family getaway. We would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you again! "
