「What an awesome place to stay. The flat was perfect for my wife and I and our little Chihuahua. The view is awesome and the neighborhood was great for me to get out and walk around taking photos. The host was great. 」

The deadbolt on the front door looked as if it had been kicked in and haphazardly repaired. Some windows were painted shut, others were unable to be locked. 「This accommodation smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The AC thermostat was broken, could not be turned from the off position to on. The glasses in the cabinets were dirty. There were no hooks or handles in the bathroom to hang towels. The carpet going up the 2 flights of stairs was old, dirty, and stained. There is no onsite parking, it’s metered street parking. 「Great location! Enjoyed walking by the river each morning and to a baseball game at City Island. Knead was a fabulous pizza place nearby! Easy access to freeway. Parking was convenient. Jonathan was an excellent host. Instructions were very clear and the pictures were helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. We took the smaller Murphy bed room so we would be able to use the kitchen in the morning and not wake the teen before noon. lol. Would have been nice to have more...
