"Everything was pretty clean. There's a few things here and there, that you could get nitpicky about, but for the price, it was a great stay. As a word of caution the driveway is a little hard to get into. I would advise using trail mode or something similiar to get in."

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! Check in was super easy. Jerry was great and checked on us often. The houseboat was very clean and was stocked with things needed for a stress free getaway including condiments, soaps, extra pillows and blankets, and so much more! Upon arrival we were greeted with many fish, turtles, ducks, and even a goose at the back deck. It was the best place just to relax and read a book. If we plan to head out to Cherokee again for a weekend we will definitely be staying here! Easy 5 out of 5 stars."

"This hotel is clean, well maintained, feels nice and smells nice. The area is nice and safe and there are plenty of food options nearby. Also, they serve fresh baked cookies in the lobby in the evenings, which is a nice touch. The breakfast is fine. The amenities are sufficient. However, the beds are hard. If you’re ok with a super firm mattress, it will be fine. The staff were very hospitable. I’d stay here again."

"Great get-away experience! The lake is lovely but it has hidden treasure! In colder months they drain it and you can find a unique crystal called a Dandridge Diamond. Its unique for its double terminated fixture (looks like a perfect double diamond). And they are all over, you just have to walk the creek bed! Anyway, this place is lake front property you can jump or walk down off the porch and you're at shoreline. We went in winter months and loved it. Found a lot of cool gems. The community itself nearby is a gem in itself. Cute little shops that are quaint and preserve the culture of the area. All and all a great quiet stay for a cute Valentines weekend get away! Will be back in summer months to see how the lake changes character."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. While we experienced a couple of minor issues during our visit, the host was extremely responsive and addressed everything quickly, which we greatly appreciated.The house itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and stocked with just about everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making guests feel at home. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again."
