「We absolutely loved our time at this home. It was my 60th birthday and my husband and I invited two couples to join us. My husband surprised me with a chef from DC who cooked us an amazing 5 course meal that we ate on the huge deck under a full blue moon! Between courses we moved over to the gas "fire-pit". 「Everything went smoothly. The house was very clean and updated. Beds were very comfortable. The rural setting was nice yet it was convenient to Harpers Ferry and Charles Town. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. The owner communicated well and was helpful. Great stay.」

「The home was exactly what it was described to be. Very clean with everything you need for a stay. The hot tub heated to temp quickly and was a great way to relax after hiking all day. Very convenient location about at 25 mins walk to downtown Harpers Ferry. It is a little hilly walk so keep that in mind. The off street parking at the house is definitely a perk. 「Wonderful stay. House was lovely. Back yard / gazebo fabulous for hanging out. Everything you needed in home from the stocked coffee bar down to Q-tips. Within walking distance to some interesting entertainment & cafes. Very pleasant stay. Will do again.」

Great view off the deck. Multiple TVs. A French press & water kettle available if you bring coffee & tea. Water cooler worked well. Not as secluded* as exterior pictures indicate. Pets restricted to main living room and kitchen area. —-Place was clean. Been curious about art frame TVs, neat to see them in action....

「The house is private, modern and spacious with all of the necessary amenities and had a really well equipped kitchen for cooking in. There is a lovely little hiking trail just down the hill from the house and Harper's Ferry is not far and has countless outdoor activities- (including a brand new bungee jumping site) and lots of great place to eat.The River Country Store is even closer and is a great little stop to pick up food basics and gifts.
