All the way perfect location. Very well maintained authentic medieval property with all new modern amenities inside. Very helpful, proactive and warm staff and owner. Clean, everything is working. 「An absolutely delightful couple of days staying at the Avalon. Can’t be beat location next to the Street of the Knights and Grand Palace. Staff well all overwhelmingly kind, welcoming and friendly. Sorry to say good bye. Highly recommended. 」

「Overall a really nice place in new town, close to the water and old town. Staff were super friendly, but unfortunately there were 4 small downsides. 1- lots of noise from the pub across the road late into the night. 2- we had a power blackout on our second morning that lasted quite some time. 3- the safe didn’t work 4- the balcony lock was broken, meaning our room was essentially unlocked (not great when coupled with the safe not working). We informed the staff about 3 & 4, but they didn’t...
