ホアンキエム湖のすぐ近くなので街歩きに便利です。スタッフは親切です。スパも良いです。ただ、クリンネスや諸々の設備、朝食等とにかく普通程度。ワクワクや感動は皆無です。旅においてお宿を重視する人にはお勧めしません。

Amazing hospitality made our day
Ladies at the reception and travel desk helped us in many ways. Ms. Thao recommended us several local foods, some of them are not in your travel book. She kindly cared about us till the end of the trip. The location of the hotel is quite nice to walk around the old quater and the lake. Staying here is definitely one of the best choices we made during the trip.

初めてのハノイで5泊利用しました。チェックインの間、ロビーに座ってウェルカムドリンクとお菓子を出してくれました。お部屋も綺麗で、スタッフの目配り気配りも行き届いており気持ち良く過ごす事が出来ました。　 ただ、アメニティのシャンプー、コンディショナー、シャワージェルは初日の1回だけで、補充がなくて5日間日本から持ってきていた自分の物を使いました。 朝食のビュッフェはどれも大変美味しくて、毎日朝食が楽しみでした。ただガッカリしたのが、初め2日間は卵料理とフォーのオーダーメニューを見せてもらえず、卵料理とフォーがあるのを知りませんでした。他のお客さんは食べていたので、別料金か宿泊客以外の人が頼んでいたのかと思ってました。 3日目に初めてメニューを渡されました。今までメニューを見せてもらえなかった事を伝えたら、忘れてたと言われ、他の欧米人は普通にメニューをもらって注文していたから、欧米人との扱いの違いかな？っとがっかりしました。 ホテルの場所は立地も良くとても便利です。ホテル内のスパも利用しましたが、本当気持ち良くておすすめです。 チェックアウト後、帰りのフライトが深夜なので、空港へ向かう前にスパにあるシャワーを貸してくれました。とても暑い国なので大変ありがたいサービスです。ただ、バスタオルだけなので、アメニティを自分で用意するのをおすすめします。バスマットやちょっとした着替えなどを置く棚などがあったら便利だなと思いました。ドライヤーもなくてスパの方に借りに行ったら、ドライヤーはないと言われ、髪がビシャビシャのまま、タクシーで空港へ向かいました。窓を開けて夜風で髪を乾かしたので、女性はその覚悟で利用して下さい。 またハノイへ訪れる時はこのホテルを利用したいと思います。

全て良かった!
内装はシックに統一されており、とても落ち着いた雰囲気で良かったです。部屋も清潔で、ベットは寝心地がとても良く、最高でした。アメニティも充実していましたが、スリッパが使い廻しのビーチサンダルだったので、使い捨てのスリッパがあってほしかったです。朝食は品数は若干少なかったですが、美味しかったです。あとこのホテルのスタッフはとても対応が良く、フレンドリーで、気持ち良く過ごすことができました。ホテル自体はそんなに大きくないですが、とても贅沢な気分にさせてくれます。次回もハノイに来る際は、このホテルを利用するつもりです。

チェックイン時、バーテンダーが目の前でシェイクしてくれたウェルカムドリンクとフルーツをロビーのテーブルでゆっくりいただき、旅行に来たんだ気持ちを噛みしめることができました。 ルーフトップバーもこじんまりしながらおしゃれです。滞在したのがちょうどハロウィンだったこともあるかもしれませんが、女性DJがノリノリでクラブミュージックをかけていました。 今回泊まった部屋はシャワーのみで浴槽がなかったのが一つ気になったところ。ただ部屋を窓付にグレードアップしてくれていたので、許容範囲かなと思っています。

3回目のハノイですが、今回が一番 気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。 設備や立地・ホテルのレストラン全てにおいて大満足です。 特筆すべきは、ホテルスタッフがゲストを「もてなそう」と、 懸命に努力してくれるところ。 また WiFiも快速でミニバーの良心的な価格も非常にありがたい！ レストラン・空港送迎等どれもリーズナブルで利用必須ですね！

二泊しました。ホテルの隣の建物が解体工事中で最初の晩は0時過ぎまでバルコニーのすぐ外でショベルカーの音がものすごくて、思わず笑ってしまいましたが、翌朝朝食時に担当の人に言うと、反対側のいい部屋に変えてくれて、丁重に謝られました。ホテルが悪いわけじゃなし、しょうがないっちゃしょうがないのに、対応の早さと丁寧さに感服しました。スタッフはとてもがんばっています。すばらしいです。清潔だし、いいホテルです。ブティックホテルなので、ロビーや部屋やレストランなど、全体的なスペースのコンパクトさにさえ慣れれば、心地いいでしょう。朝食はまあまあです。まだこれからさらにいいホテルになる可能性を感じるホテルでした

スタッフの対応が非常に素晴らしいホテルでした。 空港からの送迎をお願いしていたのですが、預けた荷物が出てくるのが遅く、結構時間がかかったのですが、スムーズにコンタクトが取れ、空港で出迎えてくれたスタッフの方の対応もすごくいい感じでした。 ホテル到着時には、ウェルカムドリンクで迎えてくれ、これもまたスムーズなチェックインの対応でした。観光名所や買物や食事する場所が記された地図をいただき、丁寧に説明をしてもらいました。 部屋は、窓のある部屋にアップグレードしていただきました。部屋は綺麗で、いい雰囲気の内装で、静かにゆったり過ごすことができました。 朝食は、フォーや玉子料理の暖かい食べ物は、オーダー制で、出来立てをいただくことができ、ビュッフェも満足出来るものでした。レストランもいい雰囲気の内装で、建物の最上階にあるので、景色も素晴らしいです。屋上のバーも開放感があってよかったです。料理は総体的に美味しかったです。 ホテルも新しく、スタッフの対応も素晴らしい、とてもいいホテルです。

まず第一に、どのスタッフのホスピタリティーも非常に素晴らしいホテルでした。到着と同時にさわやかな笑顔で挨拶をしてくれ、ウェルカムドリンクでおもてなしをしてくれます。また、ハノイ宿泊が初めてだと伝えると、観光名所や買い物をする場所、食事などする場所がピックアップされた地図と共に、とても丁寧な説明をしてくださりました。私の拙い英語も優しく汲み取ろうとしてくださる姿には、旅の不安も和らぎ、心から感動しました。また、日中は38度と、とても暑い中訪れたのですが、部屋の空調の効きも良くホテルステイが天国のようでした。シャワーの水圧も良く、バスタブ付きの部屋を選んだのですが、毎日気持ち良く浸かり疲れがとれました。新しくできたホテルなので清潔度は星5つです。 朝食のビュッフェはまずまずで、今後の参考にとリクエストを聞かれたので、暖かいスープやサラダ系にはもう少し肉っ気を足してもいいかもしれないと伝えると、すぐにマネージャーらしき方に電話でフィードバックしていました。またそのことを、わざわざ私たちにも伝えてくれ、感謝の言葉を頂きました。日本にある外資系の大手のホテル従業員よりも、サービスは一流かもしれません。 全体的に企業努力が伺え、皆さまの仕事に対する実直な姿勢には、こちらも心を打たれるものがありました。そして、私たちもお金を払い客だからといって、サービスしてもらうのが当たり前ではなく、とてもありがたいことだと感じさせてもらった宿泊となりました。次回もハノイを訪れる際は、必ず利用したいホテルですし、これから行かれる方にも安心しておすすめできるホテルです。本当にありがとうございました。

La Siesta Premium Hang Be was the best hotel we stayed at in Hanoi. After our trip to another part of Vietnam we stayed at a different hotel when we came back to Hanoi. We wish we would have stayed at La Siesta Hang Be again. The service/staff members were amazing. The complimentary breakfast was the best we had during our time around Vietnam. We arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. I highly recommend staying at La Siesta Hang Be. You will love everything about the building and the staff who make the experience so well worth it.

The staff at this hotel were excellent and extremely accomodating when we experienced some noise issues with our original room. They fixed the issue in a very timely manner and ensured that we were comfortable and happy! We received some great restaurant and tour recommendations as well as a wonderful spa experience during our stay. This hotel experience was excellent! Highly recommend.

The Hotel is 5*. From the moment we made initial contact the staff, service, accommodation, restaurant, facilities, and decor was amazing. There is nothing I would change. The the restaurant had a beautiful view, service and food were great, and even had vegetarian options. This hotel is in the Old Quarter so easy to walk around and enjoy. We missed a night due to not getting a visa on time and the staff were super helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The hotel is in the middle of everything and completely walkable to all of old quarter. Breakfast was great every morning and we had dinner at the hotel once and it was wonderful. The bar at the top had great views, drinks, & snacks, but we chose to walk around and have drinks in town, much cheaper. Rooms were nice and clean, bed was comfortable. We did book late and the only option left was the windowless rooms so we didn’t have a view in an already dark room. I think a windowless room is doable for 1 or 2 nights, but we were there 4 nights and I was wanting some fresh air and sunlight. Otherwise, everything was great!

This hotel is in the perfect location in Hanoi to explore delicious food and great shopping. The rooms are delightful and the breakfast is so delicious! The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They will go out of their way to make your stay confortable. A special thanks to mIss Ngan Phan who gave us amazing reccommendations on what to see and where to eat. We had a wonderful time and we will dedinitely stay there again on our next visit.

From the spa on the ground floor to the Cloud Nine restaurant and lighthouse sky bar. Phu assisted us at check in and throughout our stay. We dinner reservations, recommendations. Excursions Water Puppet theatre show tickets and more. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of travelling to Hanoi for the first time.

This property was wonderful, the location was perfect as it was in in the heart of the Old Quarter and within walking distance of everything. The staff was brilliant, were very friendly and helpful. Specifically Phu Pham, was extremely kind and offered great dining suggestions!
