立地が良いホテル

AM3:00に到着し入口が施錠されていたので、大声をだしてロビーに寝ていた男性スタッフ２人が起こし、開けてもらった。その後親切に部屋まで荷物を運んでくれた。安い部屋なので窓なしだったけど、特に問題なしです。建物古めでも清潔、部屋の古い匂いを消臭剤で誤魔化している。シャワーは最初しばらく水だが、しばらくするとお湯が出る。水圧普通。ブティックホテルだが思っていたより快適だった。

hotel correct pour un court sejour

sejour correct, l hotel est correct sans plus, demande un peu de rafrechissement des chambres, peinture au murs, matelas... situation bien dna sle vieux quartier, facile d'acces la semaine, moins le week end suite au blocages de certaines rues par la police, pas de petit dejeune disponible sur place et pas de petit dejeune continentale proche de l'hotel tot le matin, avant 7h30 ouvert. un peu cher peuu etre du a la proximite du TET

Great Location

Fantastic location, 1 block from Hoan Kiem Lake, souvenir shopping, and eateries. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like about the room we got this time was that the bathroom has frosted glass door so you could see when a person is on the toilet. We've stayed here before and there was no problem whatsoever with the room from the previous stay. Suggestion to the hotel, darker covering for the bathroom door.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom that greeted you each time you opened the door.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้ๆ แหล่งท่องเที่ยวสำคัญในฮานอย สามารถเดินไปได้ ถ้าไม่ชอบเดิน สามารถเรียกสามล้อ แท๊กซี่ Garb และมอเตอร์ไซต์ ได้ พนักงานเป็นมิตรดีมาก แนะนำช่วยเหลือดี อาหารเช้ามึเลือกไม่มาก แต่สามารถสั่งจากในเมนูได้ ฉันพักที่นี้ 3 คืน ฉันทานอาหารเช้าไม่ซ้ำกันเลย ด้วยการสั่งทำจากในเมนู ฉันขอแนะนำโรงแรมให้กับนักท่องเที่ยวทุกท่านที่กำลังมองหาที่พักในฮานอย แอร์เย็นมาก น้ำแรงมาก ที่นอนนอนสบายสำหรับฉันครั้งหน้าถ้าฉันมาฮานอยฉันจะกลับมาพักที่นี้แน่นอน คุ้มค่า สมราคาดีมากๆ

Ok for a short stay

The hotel is in a good area. It is a simple one, with basic breakfast and just enough for 1-2 nights. the room had a window towards the stairs - it was ok as sometimes in Vietnam the noise from the street is too much.

Eenvoudig maar net hotel goed gelegen vlak bij het Hoan Kiem meer. Erg vriendelijke staff die ook goed te gebruiken is om een uitstapje naar Halong bay te boeken.

킹리호텔로 강제이동..

2달전에 미리예약하였으나 자기네 호텔의 이웃호텔로안내하겠다하며 강제로 킹리호텔로 감.. 새벽 2시넘어 도착이고 사파익스프레스 오전 7시차라 더이상 대화할 힘도 없었음.. 게다가 체크아웃하려고하니 돈받으려고해 미리 결제했다고 하니 그제서야 알았다고 함

位置極佳。86公車下車後走路5分鐘就到了。房間跟照片上一模一樣。櫃台24小時都有人，搭晚班班機也不用擔心。服務人員會講英文，很親切，有問題都樂於幫忙。早餐很好吃，除了buffet還可以從菜單上加點三明治，麵，歐姆蛋，也是免費的。房間wifi很穩。櫃台可以寄放行李。唯一美中不足的是，這間房間的窗戶是對內窗，跟樓上樓下的房間窗戶面向同一個天井。很通風，但樓上吵的話，聲音也會傳下來。整體而言推薦這間飯店。

Good location

Great location

Extremely efficient and lovely staff, very helpful and honest. Thank you so much! Booked a few tours with them, and they have been perfect! Room was basic, couldn’t flush toilet paper, so room got a bit smelly....... Best location, in middle of everything, 2 minutes to walk to lake.

nothing to be desired at this price

최근의 불편하셨다는 평은 아마 입구쪽 방을 배정받으신 영향이 큰 듯 합니다. 저는 안쪽 창없는 방이었는데 창이 없다는 사실을 모를 정도로 잘 정돈되어 있었고, 욕조가 없다는 것 외에는 시설이나 비품에 전혀 불편한 점이 없었습니다. 공항버스 정류장에서 걸어서 5분 거리이고, 호텔을 나서면 호안끼엠 호수가 바로 한 블럭 밖으로 보입니다. 쇼핑거리에 있어서 밤늦게까지 출입에 불편함이 없는데, 대신에 입구쪽 방에서는 늦게까지 소란하다고 느껴질 수도 있겠습니다. 옆방에 계신 분들이 조용하셔서 방음에 대해서는 판단할 근거가 없습니다. 아무튼 시설이나 의치, 직원들의 매너 모두 만족하였고 재방문하거나 추천할 생각 있습니다.

Very nice Hotel in the middle of the Old quarter

Very good located Hotel with a lot of shops and good food around. A very nice service, you feel like home. The room might be a little noisy, but very clean with a very good bed.

개인적으로 다시 가고 싶지는 않은 곳

리뷰 평이 좋은게 많아서 기대를 하고 갔었는데, 친절은 했지만 임의로 방을 변경하려고 해서 처음부터 별로 기분이 안좋았고, 내준 방들은 시끄럽고 춥고 냄새가 나고... 밤새도록 옆방에서 떠드는 소리에 잠도 제대로 못자고... 여기가 평이 좋았던 이유를 거의 잘 모르겠음.

Checkin's nightmare

we came to the hotel at 10:30 PM only to find that our prepaid room was unavailiable. the staff told us that the room was double booked and gave us another room which had no windows and was half of the size of the room we originally booked. after they unsuccessfully attempted to find similar rooms at neighbouring hotels, we had to accept the windowless room with no other choice as it was now midnight. we had just flown into hanoi and were extremelly tired and jetlagged.

Super helpful staff

I stayed at a room at the end of a top floor, in the 'quiet' zone. However, it's not so quiet. I guess the walls are too thin. I heard the noise from the next room guests the night, especially when they used the bathroom as our bathrooms are adjacent to each other's, seaparated by the thin wall. There is no 'warm' water in the shower - or it's just that in mine; I had a cold water shower. There seems to be no air conditioner and the ventilation was not good. It turned out to be too warm by the mid of the night. The bed was nice and the room was clean. I still rated it high because of its location and the service of their staff. They are located right next to Hoan Kim Lake. Very convenient and the street is busy day and night. Feel safe there. Then, their staff are super nice and helpful. I've got a lot of questions and local calls to make because the airline had left my baggage behind. Both receptionists I've asked for help were patient and sympathetic. Anna even helped me to book my train ticket to Ninh Binh and asked her colleague to give me a ride to the station as it's a rush. She gave me a call afterwards to make sure that I was taken care of and that I was clear of the fees she charged me, which was for the train ticket. I will recommend this place as you will get above average comfort, great convenience in the location and super staff service!

Nothing special

Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Hanoi this one doesn’t really make the cut. The room was okay but nothing special, the towels were a little rough and the walls must be thin as it was quite noisy at times. The breakfast was particularly disappointing in comparison to other hotels.
