We are glad to hear Marlon liked the home and location!! Sounds like Marlon did enjoy their stay with us! We do regret that wasn't enough to give us a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star review. We are a small family-owned business, so reviews are our life blood, and we strive very hard to provide a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star stay. We are very surprised to hear some of these issues Marlon expressed in their review regarding amenities as they were already addressed prior to Marlon’s arrival. The other issues we could have addressed had we been notified. We did address when asked the question about “Two hot tubs???”, prior to Marlon’s check in. As we communicated at that time, Marlon’s booking only includes the one inside private hot tub. The outside hot tub is specifically excluded in Marlon’s listing as well as in the pictures and amenities and belongs to another listing for a guesthouse that Marlon may have been getting mixed up with. The sauna Marlon never mentioned and also is not in the listing, amenities or pictured anywhere so not included. Regarding the condition of the inside hot tub that came with Marlon’s listing, it was professionally serviced, cleaned and documented with pictures prior to guest arrival so not sure what the issue was as Marlon never contacted us about it. However, if Marlon had reached out to us about it, we would have immediately addressed it as that would be unacceptable. Regarding the blown light bulb message, we did see we did not address it and apologize for that as we had several other messages we were going back and forth with Marlon on some other things and apparently overlooked it in the mix. If a message is not addressed promptly, please don’t hesitate to reach out again via the message platform, email or our contact phone number as we are human and miss things. On a side note, there are several other lights and bulbs in that bathroom so it would have not been an issue.
