Stay just one block from the ocean in this spacious and centrally located retreat, right in the heart of downtown Hampton Beach. You'll be steps away from the boardwalk, with easy access to sandy beaches, charming shops, scenic parks, delicious restaurants, and exciting local entertainment.
The Space:

• 3 full kitchens – ideal for group meals
• 2 cozy three-season sun porches – perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation
Whether you're planning a family reunion, a multi-family vacation, or a group getaway, The Fleet comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house. There are 3 units in this house that all meet at the entry.
The Neighborhood:
The Fleet is located on a dead end quiet street. We are 500 feet from Ocean Blvd which is the main boardwalk for downtown Hampton. The ocean is also right across the street from us.
Getting Around:
The Fleet has three parking spots. The three spots are directly across the street from the house along the white fence. PARKING IS VERY TIGHT!! If you bring larger vehicles you may not have room to fit all three. The boardwalk and additional parking lots (paid) are within walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
We have another large home right down the road on the opposite side of Hampton Beach called "The Saltwater Shoal" which sleeps 20 if you need something bigger!
