We loved our stay at this Grandview property. It was roomy and so comfortable. The layout worked very well to accommodate 6 60 year old. The location was great for our purposes. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay in a convenient location!We really enjoyed our time at this home in Hampton. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed and in a nice, quiet area. The house itself was comfortable and had all the essentials for a relaxing stay. There are a few minor updates that could make it even better, particularly in the kitchen and living room furniture, but overall it was a great experience and we’d stay again!

Fabulous buckroe beach house

great house, the host was terrific! She was very responsive to our minor needs. The house was perfect for our large family, and the neighborhood was very quiet, with friendly neighbors.

Long Weekend

Overall, very satisfied with the location. Was close to anything needed and tons of room for people. AC/Heat worked like a charm and all the amenities worked great. The yard was grown over some, but we stayed out of season and chalked it up to that. Only suggestion would be interior door lock chains for that more security feeling, but neighborhood as quiet and nice; so we had no worries.Would stay again. Recommended.

Great stay! Awesome Home

Great, spacious home. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Host was amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better home for our family to stay at while our son had major surgery at the Children’s Hospital. Highly recommended!

3rd year for this great vacation spot!

Very nice large house with plenty of room for the 10 of us. 3 large tv’s, and plenty of seating for watching different shows, children and space for conversations. Large dining table could accommodate all of us at once. We love Buckroe Beach.

Great vavation home

Very clean, in a great location for Both beach and stores. There was plenty of room and bathrooms for all. Neighborhood is both nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again. The property owner is wonderful and easy quickly responsive to a minor issue we had with to window blinds. They were both changed immediately. Thanks Lynn for a very nice experience!!!

Great family vacation spot

Nice house, large enough for our group with plenty of space, in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is close and perfect for children and adults (who just want to float in the bay. ) Any issues we had were handled promptly and taken care of. Hope to stay again.

Clean and good

We had a very pleasant stay in this home. It was very clean, well equipped, well spaced and comfortable for our group of 4 families. Close to Buckroe Beach (clean and uncrowded) and to some great restaurants (owner's recommendations). Lynn was in constant touch with me right upto and during our stay. The fenced backyard was huge plus point for our dog.

Great Property for a Family

Family fun vacation

We had a few concerns when we first arrived, they were pretty quick to fix our issues and make it all good. The house was plenty big for our group of 11 with plenty of space to spread out. The neighborhood was delightful. Loved being 5 minutes from the beach and grocery store. The beach was wonderful, not too busy, ample parking , and no undertow, waves perfect for our varied aged group. A good time was had by all

Wonderful Family Stay

It was such a lovely stay with the family. The house was big enough for 10 people to comfortably stay. Any problems that we had, which was not many, that we addressed to the owner was immediately taken into consideration and fixed.

Great stay!

Highly recommend this lovely house near Buckroe Beach. There's a lot of room to spread out, it was very clean and everything was as advertised. Check-in and out was easy and the neighborhood is very quiet. We had an enjoyable stay just wish we could have stayed longer, next time!. Definitely make time to visit Buckroe Beach, the view is great!

Buckroe beach

Overall we liked our stay at this home. It was in a quiet residential neighborhood, and was a short 5 to 10 minute drive for the beach, restaurants and groceries. The home was well stocked and we loved the space we had in the home. There were a couple of minor issues during our stay but the host was prompt in addressing those and we would recommend this home for a family beach vacation.

Nice spacious house in a residential neighborhood a mile from the beach

The house was a nice base for our 3-generation family meet-up. Clean and spacious with an open layout for hanging out together when we weren't out and about. The house is in a residential neighborhood and exactly a 1-mile walk to Buckroe Beach, though the drive is further as you can't cut through the streets like you can on foot or bike. We found parking at the nice beach even on a busy weekend day. Plenty of day trips in the area, including Busch Gardens, Yorktown, Jamestown, Newport News, Virginia Beach, etc.
