Anticipate a charming experience as you ascend to the balcony. Step through the front door into a unique beach-themed living room with convertible queen futon for comfort. Window A/C units (seasonally) are in this room as well as both bedrooms ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. Discover a captivating guest bedroom with LED-lit twin bed, AC, nightstand, and alarm clock. A fully stocked kitchen awaits culinary enthusiasts, boasting all the essentials plus: coffee, tea, cider, hot chocolate and creamer. You will have full private access to the apartment, as well as shared access to all outdoor areas including the balcony.

The most likely method of communication between us will be messages via the airbnb app, but I live & work from home in one of the apartments on the property so I can be available quickly should you need anything!

A great neighborhood for hitting the beach, and this apartment is centrally located! Walking distance to: The Pier, Wally's, L Street Tavern, Bernie's Beach Bar, McGuirks, Casino Ballroom, Ocean Gaming, Boardwalk, Purple Urchin & more!

Thursdays - Sundays are typically busier times and you may get stuck in extended traffic as you arrive or if you need to drive on Ocean Ave north to rte 101 or 1A. Your best bet is to get here, park & walk! Everything is very close!

Parking is limited in Hampton Beach!
