Conveniently located near Hampton Bays beaches, restaurants, and shops, with the LIRR station about a 15-minute walk away.
The Space:
Renovated in 2022, it offers modern amenities like a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, brand-new beds, appliances, central air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. The spacious layout includes a living room with TVs, a dining area, and an entertainment room overlooking the fenced-in yard, completed in 2023 for added privacy. Perfect for families or small groups, this home comfortably sleeps 6 and is ready to make your stay unforgettable.
Poppy's Hampton House is just a short drive to the main street, Rumba Restaurant, cowfish, and vineyards (wine tasting). The Ponquogue beach and Bay beaches are just minutes away by car or bike ride. There are also many restaurants in the area- from Hampton Bays, Shinnecock Canal, and Southampton, all within a few minutes drive.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Please note that all outdoor amenities, including patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.
If you are looking for multiple homes that are close by for additional family and/or friends please inquire! We have many other beach homes within close proximity.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Guests have full private access to the home, yard, and outdoor areas.

The home is approximately a 15-minute walk (0.7 miles) to the Hampton Bays LIRR station, which provides direct service along the Montauk Branch with connections to Southampton, Bridgehampton, and New York City.
For major events such as the U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills, the Long Island Rail Road has historically operated special event service, with transportation details released closer to championship week. Guests planning to attend the 2026 U.S. Open should check official USGA and MTA/LIRR advisories as event-week transit plans are finalized.

Cancellation Policy
- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests.

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry-free stay!
