"We arrived to a dirty condo. The floors had not been swept and there was a live roach in the bathtub. We sent photos and swept the kitchen ourselves. They stated that it was unacceptable and would have a cleaning crew out the next day. We left mid morning and came back 6 hours later and it still had not been cleaned.
