"Der Check-In war etwas umständlich, was daran lag, dass die Dame kein englisch sprach und ich kein slowakisch. Somit mussten wir uns mittels Übersetzungsapp behelfen. Darüber hinaus, gab es Unstimmigkeiten, über die Anzahl der Gäste. Man ging davon aus, dass ich alleine anreisen würde. Von den Kindern, welche beim Buchungsprozess mit angegeben wurden, wusste man nichts. Dasselbe Problem hatten wir auch bereits im letzten Jahr, nur viel es da nicht ins Gewicht, da es eine kontaktlose Übergabe...

Everyone we spoke with was friendly and provided us with ideas for hiking and visiting sites in the area.
