Welcome to this lovely cottage located south of Ljungby, Småland! Enjoy the fantastic panoramic view of Lake Hängasjön from the terrace during the holiday and experience the beautiful and tranquil environment. Here you also have a good starting point for discovering Småland's sights and activities!

The cottage has a kitchenette and bunk bed in a delimited room without a curtain and a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, however, the water is of high level of iron and sediments in the bathroom.

Things to see and do in Hamneda / Ljungby
If you are a larger group, you can rent four cottages that are close to each other. The cottages are surrounded by paddocks with grazing animals, eg cows. It is also possible to rent a boat for SEK 700 per week. If you want to fishing during the holiday, there are plenty of beautiful lakes in the area, including Bolmen, which is one of Sweden's top 10 largest lakes. You buy a fishing license on Ifiske.se where you will also find information about which lakes are in the immediate area.

In Hamneda, which is 7 km from the house, a tip is to visit Bolmen fish which offers fresh and good fish. You can also buy smoked fish with you, take a trip to Anna's Kuriosa antique shop or why not take the opportunity to feed moose at Elinge Älgpark. Another moose park worth a visit is Smålandet which is located at Markaryd. Also take the opportunity to have a coffee at Gräddhyllans Lantcafé.

Ljungby is also close to the cottage and is a small town with a lot to offer. Experience shopping and choose from several restaurants or why not visit one of the city's museums, e.g. Sven Ljungsbergmuseet or Sagomuseet. If you looking for activities, there is in Ljungby, among other things, outdoor and adventure swimming park, paddle and mini golf.
