「Room was not as advertised on Expedia. The room I thought I was booking was supposed to have a balcony and a view. We were in a basement room with no view. It was acceptable only because it was 1 night and the historical building had no elevator. The staff did offer to switch rooms for us. The facility itself was fine, but the misrepresented property by Expedia was frustrating.」
