We arrived after midnight. The hotel prepared and gave us exact instructions on how to get the key to our room. The also ensured we could reach them 24hours a day in case of any issues. We stayed for one night and was satisfied

We had notified for late arrival, were called while on our way. We should change to a terrible hotel in the other end of Hamburg. Noisy, smelly and the smallest room you can think of. Never again.

Not worth a 3 star, but nice people and location

I really can't understand why this should be 3 stars; the room we got (in the loft) was very worn, and the hotel itself looks mysteriously shabby. The room and bathroom was clean, but very old furniture and mattresses, and not much space to take a shower. Also see the pictures. No airconditioning nor curtains or blinders which makes it rather hot right under the roof. Friendly people at the reception if you can find them. Because of the location/room we decided not to go for breakfast. On the upside: nice location very close to the Autobahn

I am still at the hotel when I arrived late last night could not find parking so I had to leave my car at the mouth of the hotel just before you get to the hotel because there was no parking and they charge me €3:60 taxes and I thought it was already been charged and added to the hotel room in the room price , and in the room can anyone tell me what it means (free mini bar) because it’s only a small empty fridge in the room And I picked it because I thought it is near the town centre of Hamburg but it’s not the nearest anything is 20 minutes away it’s a hotel in A or B road and could not have a coffee or anything as there no such things in the room and I definitely made a mistake choosing this place

Keine Empfehlung, sucht euch was anderes, auch wenns vllt etwas teurer ist. Das Nichtraucherzimmer stinkt nach Zigarettenqualm, war nicht wirklich sauber und wir hatten über 2 Tage kein warmes Wasser. Keine Entschuldigung, gar nichts. Wir kommen ganz sicher nicht wieder!

Wünschenswert wäre, das regelmäßig gereinigt wird ! Morgens Lärm von Hotelgästen (Bauarbeiter) war sehr störend (6:30 Uhr)

Bra läge men dåliga sängar

Rummet hade endast ett takfönster vilket inte gick att stänga eller täcka för. Mycket ljud från gata utanför, bilarnas lampor lyste upp rummet. Madrassen var gropig, vi rullade båda ner i mitten. Väldigt trevlig personal men jag kan inte rekommendera hotellet. Det var nästan omöjligt att sova den natten.
