Ein toller Aufenthalt.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Heikotel Hotel Windsor. Schönes großes Zimmer mit tollem Bad. Auch ohne Frühstücksbuffet wegen Corona, waren wir begeistert. Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Haus und Parkplatz hinterm Haus. Der gesamte Aufenthalt lief ohne jeglichen Kontakt zum Personal, der Check in war mit einem Automaten ohne Komplikationen zu bewältigen. Vielen Dank.

Unhappy Stay

WiFi is only available to check emails or social media so I missed an important video video conference. There is no staff on site after late afternoon. The emergency number they give you goes to the closed reception area.

Abends gegen 18 Uhr ein Check in über Nachtschalter,wo wir darauf hingewiesen wurden,dass wir das Frühstück noch hinzubuchen sollen (war eigentlich im Preis enthalten). Den WLAN Schlüssel soll man an der Rezeption erhalten. Die hatte ja nun schon geschlossen. Die Zimmer wurden außerdem so für die Internetseite fotografiert,dass es überhaupt nicht mit der Realität vereinbar ist. Im Allgemeinen waren wir nicht zufrieden. Vor allem nicht für knapp über 100€/Nacht.

Wenig Komfort, aber ansonsten top!

Das Hotel ist sauber, praktisch und ausreichend, wenn man nicht viel Komfort erwartet. Service super nett. Dass ein Late Check Out, der schon um 13 Uhr ist (bei anderen Hotels eher so 15 Uhr) 20 Euro Aufpreis kostet, finde ich zu viel. Die Hälfte wäre okay. Ansonsten alles gut!

Soweit alles in Ordnung, allerdings trotz angebotenem kostenfreien WLAN eine deutliche Einschränkung: nur 1 GB Volumen. Beim Check In wurde mitgeteilt, dass deshalb keine datenintensiven Übertragungen wie Streaming erfolgen sollen. Der Erhalt weiteres Volumens ist anschließend wohl nicht mehr möglich. Wenn kostenfreies WLAN angeboten wird, verstehe ich darunter allerdings etwas anderes. Wir hätten geschäftlich mehr Datenvolumen benötigt.

Freundlich, sauber, bequem!

Das Haus von aussen lässt wenig hoffen, aber einmal drin ist das gleich wieder vergessen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sauber u das Frühstück war reichlich u lecker. War ein problemloser Aufenthalt auch mit Hund! Danke.

HH: Günstiges, kleines Zimmer mit Bus vor der Tür

Zimmereinrichtung neu, sogar mit Espresso Maschine, Einzelzimmer jedoch sehr klein. Solange das Fenster geschlossen ist, hört man kaum etwas vom Lärm der Schnellstraßen. Personal freundlich, Frühstück ok. Bus vor der Tür.

Gute Last minute Überraschung

Eine Nacht mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Im Frühstücksbereich freuten wir uns über verschiedene Raumabschnitte, einige waren von Familien mit Kindern belegt, andere mit Paaren, die es eher ruhig liebten. Zimmergröße war eher großzügig für dieses Preissegment.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm empfunden; das Haus liegt in einer verkehrsarmen Strasse, günstiger Parkplatz, Nähe zu unseren Reisezielen, ausführliches Frühstück, geräumiges Zimmer. Nur von einer Klimaanlage war nicht viel zu spüren.

Riesiges Zimmer mit Whirlpool

Das Team vom Hotel war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück wirklich toll für den Preis. Unser Zimmer war riesig und mit zwei Plasma Fernsehern und einem herrlichen Whirlpool ausgestattet (kein Standardzimmer). Die Verkehrsverbindung war nicht unbedingt die beste. Trotzdem empfehlen wir es auf jeden Fall weiter und werden wieder dort buchen..

Für ein paar Nächte in HH zur reinen Übernachtung voll in Ordnung; Zimmer geräumig und sauber, Bad auch iO; alle gängigen TV Sender und Wlan vorhanden, um vor oder nach dem Kiez noch mal ordentlich ab zu matten; kostenloser Parkplatz; Öffentliche direkt vor der Tür; auf Strassenseite schon etwas laut, aber verkraftbar
