Never could download the entry instructions via the link sent. Luckily the cleaner was available to call and get entry code for me.

When booking this property, we told the manager that we would not have a phone to make calls and that we would only have Internet where there was free WiFi. We were told that an entrance code would be sent prior to our departing our home. It was not sent until three hours before check-in. What we received at the airport was an entrance code that did not work either getting us into the property nor our apartment door. We ultimately were able to get in with another code, but the original code never worked. If you don't have international calling, I would definitely not recommend staying here. I requested a call on WhatsApp, but they responded via email that they do not accept that and texts do not get a timely response. A three-ringed notebook would be very helpful in operating what is in the apartment. From light switches to the dishwasher, a manual would have been helpful. Even this was the end of October, the room was very warm. We did not get a response about that and finally unplugged the heater. The room was still too warm and never got cool enough the entire stay. We even opened the windows. There is no TV, no microwave, no clock, no alarm clock, no art on the walls. Very baron. The main room is quite large and spacious with a table, chair and couch. The bedroom is very small and the two twin beds are against the wall making it difficult for the person against the wall to get up without disturbing the other person. The toilet can not be used without opening the shower
