Giving one star due to unacceptable behavior from the property owner.
We were treated poorly for checking out only 15 minutes late, including an invasion of personal space during checkout.
Additionally, a forgotten personal item received no assistance or support afterward.
This experience was extremely disappointing and should never happen to guests.

Very close to station but a 2o min walk to town! Had washer and stove in unit but didn’t use them. Need coffee in room. Need more pillows and pillow was dirty.

All staff members at the hotel were kind and very professional in taking my requests even after business hours with detail and sophisticated manner. I would highly recommend staying at Espacio Nagoya Castle to all my friends.
