We had booked this property and paid the deposit on 29th March (for arrival in May) and received correspondence 2 weeks before our arrival for final payment, which we paid. On the day of our arrival we received no communication re the check-in procedure, despite sending correspondence to the hosts about lunch time asking for it. We arrived at the property about 4.20pm and no code to enable check in left for us. We tried phoning the hosts, no answer! We then phoned Stayz office number, they were also unable to contact hosts. Suggested we cancel our booking for a full refund, which we ultimately did, but trying to find alternative accommodation at 5pm on a Friday evening in Halls Gap is challenging. The hosts did later send a text apologising for their omission to organise the check-in as they were on holiday overseas. If you book this accommodation, I hope you are better looked after by the hosts than we were!
